Price not includes:
- the touristic tax : euro 01.50 per person over 14 years old per day for the first 10 days ( (l.p. 8/2002 art. 16 bis.)
- on demand extra change bed lines euro 7.00 per person, on demand extra cleaning euro 50.00

Arrival:
The Check in is in Villa Aranci, also for the Rocca apartments and delivery of apartments is from 1.00 pm or in any case at the end of cleaning. In case of arrival before 1.00 pm you can use the Villa Aranci Park.
Please advise us your expected arrival time.

Departures: Check out is before 09.30. In case of availability, it is possible to ask for a late check out (price 50% of the daily rate)

Cancellation Policy:
- We ask the 20 % of the amount at the moment of the booking , 40 % of the amount 60 days before the arrival and the belance at the arrival
- We do a voucher of the paid amount till 3 weeks before the arrival if the customer cannot come for any other reason. Of course , because it is important our customers , we do the voucher at any time if we are be able to rent again the apartment. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.

We suggest to our customers to do a cancellation insurance.
